There has been a manufacturer's warranty for the product on offer since October 1, 2023 (see below for further information and notes on the warranty!)


Guarantee conditions: In addition to the statutory guarantee, the manufacturer (RIPPultimate/SOLAR-RIPP) grants a 4, 7 or 10 year guarantee on the goods advertised with the respective guarantee promise. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. The manufacturer's warranty covers the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as guarantor, will grant one of the following services at its discretion within the scope of the guarantee:

- free repair of the goods or

- free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

Guarantee claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods

- abusive or improper treatment,

- special environmental influences (e.g. chemical substances such as kerosene; ice ...),

- failure to observe any safety precautions,

- Failure to follow the operating instructions,

- Use of force (e.g. punch, push, fall),

- unauthorized repair attempts,

- normal wear and tear.


A claim for the guarantee service requires that the guarantor, at his request, be given the opportunity to examine the guarantee case by sending in the goods. It is important to ensure that damage during transport is avoided by using appropriate packaging.

To apply for warranty service, you must provide the guarantor with proof of purchase upon request (e.g. by enclosing a copy of the original invoice for the goods sent). We ask for your understanding that the manufacturer can refuse warranty service without providing proof of purchase, as the proof is used to calculate the warranty period. You must also provide the name and address of the seller if this data does not appear in the proof of purchase submitted or the data there is no longer current.

Guarantee processing will always be carried out freight-free for you. Before shipping, please contact the guarantor for the appropriate shipping address and for the guarantor to cover the shipping costs.


Note: Your legal rights in the event of defects are not restricted by this guarantee promise and can be exercised by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
