Our "Leading Edge" engineering service CASTS (Computer Aided Solar Thermal Simulation) offers you a realistic simulation of your planned original SOLAR-RIPP ® solar heating system using a RIPPultimate ® solar absorber.
Depending on the installation location and the structural conditions as well as the pool specifications, you will receive a multi-page PDF file as the result of the commissioned service, which will be made available to you via email as quickly as possible. Our expert and experienced engineers guarantee the greatest possible precision in production.
Please send further information such as images, photos, sketches and technical drawings via email to engineering@solarripp.com. The more information we receive, the more accurate the calculation results will be. The weather data for the installation location comes from a highly up-to-date and promptly maintained worldwide weather database and also includes historical values for the locations. A deep pool, for example, takes longer to warm up, but does not cool down as quickly at night. Of course, the type of absorber used, the size, quality and location of your planned solar surface have a primary impact on the energy yield.
Using officially certified, physical SOLAR-RIPP ® absorber characteristics (according to DIN EN 12975-1,2) and numerous empirical accompanying values, you receive a large number of calculated energy yields, solar yields, a graph of the pool water temperature, etc. in the form of a multi-page technical report in DIN A4 format in your national language using the latest software technology.

When you book this service, you will receive a voucher for the same amount along with the calculation report, which you can redeem towards the purchase of a RIPPultimate solar absorber (valid for 4 weeks). The simulation service is therefore free of charge.
